Government Registration and Exemptions
- Janta Rehabilitation training centre for the Visually handicapped society was framed and registered in march 1996. It follows all the rules, regulations and governmental directions under the registered society act of 1860.
- Donations to Training Centre are exempt from Income tax as per u/s 80-G of the Income Tax Act 1961 Govt. of India letter no. file /Faridabad/04-05/117/22/10479707/ dated 04.08.05. Training Centre gives receipts and certificate for claiming these exemptions.
- Training Centre is also authorized to accept Foreign contribution as per FCRA letter no.II/21022/77(006)/2006 FCRA-III-GOI/dated 10-10-2006/ Registration no.172270040/ Bharat Sarkar, M.O. Home Affairs/ Grih Mantralaya
- J.R.T.C.V.H Have licence No.-0031 registered under section 52 of the Person with disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of right and Participation) Act-1995.
